馃崰Potato cheese balls馃崰

 Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g of potatoes
  • 1/8 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp 50g Flour
  • Mozzarella chesse
  • 1 egg
  • 20ml milk
  • Bread crumbs
Preparation:
  • Steam for 20 minutes
  • We mash the potatoes, until we make a dough.
  • Once done, add a pinch of salt and 2 of flour
  • We mix everything
  • Depending on the potatoes, the dough should have a grassy texture, if it falls apart add more flour
  • Cut the Mozzarella into cubes 
  • Take some dough and place the cheese cube in the middle
  • Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Add 1 egg, and 20 ml of milk in a bowl
  • Add 50 g of flour
  • Take out the potato balls and roll them into the mixture one by one
  • Then roll it in the breadcrumbs
  • Put them to fry in a pan with hot oil, for 3-5 minutes
And voila!, you have some delicious potato balls stuffed with cheese:D
